Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer-driven campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. The role involves building strong influencer relationships, conceptualizing campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring measurable ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

? Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across categories and regions.

? Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and talent agencies.

? Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and content approvals.

? Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate detailed reports.

? Collaborate with the creative, social media, and client servicing teams for campaign integration.

? Stay updated with influencer trends, new platforms, and creator economy developments.

? Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side).

? Strong network of influencers across niches -- lifestyle, fashion, tech, food, beauty, and regional creators.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

? Data-driven approach with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign success.

? Deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement metrics, and trends.

? Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
