Position Overview

We're hiring a

Brand Partnership Intern

who can talk, pitch, persuade, and hustle.
This is

not a dummy internship

. You'll be dealing with

real brands, real campaigns, and real revenue conversations

from day one.

If you're outspoken, creative, confident on calls, and have a natural knack for sales even if you're still learning - you belong here.
We'll train you for

2 weeks, and

then you're in the field playing the real game.

What You'll Actually Do :

Brand Pitching & Outreach

Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Understand brand needs and convert conversations into collaborations. Assist in onboarding brands into live influencer campaigns.

Sales & Business Development

Support the sales team in closing influencer marketing deals. Work on lead generation, follow-ups, and proposal coordination. Learn how real influencer sales funnels work , from first call to closure.

Client Communication

Speak directly with brand managers and marketing teams. Coordinate campaign requirements between brands and internal teams. Build confidence handling objections and negotiations.

Influencer Marketing Exposure

Learn how influencer campaigns are priced, sold, and executed. Understand creators, platforms, content formats, and brand goals. Get hands-on exposure to campaign strategy and execution.

This role is for you if you have:

Strong communication skills (confidence matters more than accent). A natural interest in sales, marketing, or brand conversations. An outgoing personality with persuasion and charm. Confidence to speak to people you don't know (brands included). Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback fast.

Even if you don't have influencer marketing experience

, but you have transferable skills (college fests, sales, debating, content, internships, freelancing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
