Hunt down the coolest influencers, bloggers, and content creators in different niches Build genuine connections with creators through gifting campaigns and regular convos Negotiate collabs and paid partnerships that actually make sense Set up and run influencer programs and brand ambassador squads Stay plugged into what's trending in social media and PR Be the bridge between brands and their audiences Understand what clients really want and make it happen Network like your life depends on it (because your career kinda does) Keep a solid contact list of top creators across Lifestyle, Fashion, Food, Parenting, Tech, and Auto Turn creative ideas into actual business wins
