Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: ₹8,000 - ?15,000 / month

What You'll Do:

Discover, connect, and collaborate with influencers across niches Plan and execute influencer barter campaigns for multiple brands Maintain influencer databases and track deliverables Coordinate posting schedules and campaign timelines Brainstorm creative collaboration ideas that go viral Use AI tools to enhance research, campaign planning, and idea generation Analyze results and optimize future campaigns based on performance
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Passion for influencer culture, trends, and social media platforms Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Studio, OpusClip, or similar for research, content ideas, and productivity Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking 100% availability for an on-site role
