. The role involves identifying the right influencers, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable brand impact through authentic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
Develop influencer briefs, scripts, and content guidelines aligned with brand campaigns.
Coordinate influencer content creation, approvals, and posting schedules.
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new platforms.
Collaborate with marketing team for integrated campaigns (social media, paid ads, events).
Key Skills
Experience required is 2-4 years.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Creative mindset with ability to write influencer scripts/briefs.
Knowledge of social media platforms & influencer ecosystem.
Analytical skills to measure ROI, engagement, and campaign performance.
Prior experience in
health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands
preferred.
Negotiation and budget management skills.
Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
