Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager to lead our influencer collaboration efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, social media growth, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Influencer Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. Plan influencer campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, and key events.

Talent Discovery & Partnerships

Identify relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) in line with brand aesthetics. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.

Collaboration & Coordination

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers. Coordinate product gifting, shoots, and content timelines.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights, CreatorIQ, or similar. Prepare detailed reports on ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

Content & Brand Alignment

Review and approve influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and voice. Leverage influencer content for brand-owned social media and paid campaigns.

Trend & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



2-5 years (Exec) / 5-7 years (Mgr) of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing. Strong network of influencers in fashion/lifestyle/beauty space (or relevant industry). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field. Experience working with influencer platforms/tools. Prior experience in a fashion/lifestyle D2C brand is a plus.

Pay: ?11,430.81 - ?53,349.43 per month
