Develop, plan, and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies across industries.
Identify and onboard the right influencers for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns including negotiation, contracts, content approvals, and deliverables.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
Lead a small team and collaborate closely with creative, social media, and brand teams.
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency or media environment.
Strong network of influencers and industry connections.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Immediate availability is a must.
