The Role: Influencer Marketing Expert
You'll be a mini brand owner -- driving growth for a product (or set of products) through end-to-end influencer marketing across assigned regions. From idea ? creator selection ? briefing ? execution ? performance analysis -- you'll own the full growth loop.
What you will own
Strategy & Planning
Build and execute influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
Identify high-impact geographies and tailor creator mixes accordingly.
Use data to plan content types, hooks and campaign flows.
Execution & Collaboration
Work closely with influencers, agencies and internal brand/content teams.
Brief creators clearly to ensure content is authentic, viral and on-brand.
Own campaign calendars and ensure seamless execution.
Performance & Analysis
Deep dive into campaign metrics to track success and improvement areas.
Share insights with brand managers and recommend optimizations.
Test new creator segments, hooks and formats to scale what works.
Who You Are
2-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital brand roles.
Someone who follows creators, trends and platform nuances (IG, YouTube, regional).
Data-comfortable -- able to convert numbers into decisions and ideas.
Strong communicator who can collaborate with creators and internal teams.
Hungry to build, experiment and own outcomes end-to-end.
