Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple social media platforms
Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns
Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables
Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and campaign terms
Stay updated with industry trends and influencer ecosystem changes
Work closely with internal marketing and content teams
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Minimum
2 years of experience
in influencer marketing or the same industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and other influencer platforms
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ?6.5 LPA
