Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns to promote our brand/products
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand guidelines and campaign goals are met
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscapes
Ability to analyze performance data and make campaign recommendations
Creative mindset with attention to detail
