CGC University is looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations, creating high-quality video content, developing scripts, and supporting the execution of influencer-driven campaigns to enhance the university's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers relevant to the university's brand and campaigns.
Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.
Coordinate with influencers for content planning, shooting, scripting, and approvals.
Assist in video production, including ideation, scripting, and content development.
Ensure timely delivery and publication of influencer content.
Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Maintain proper documentation, negotiation records, and schedules for influencer visits and shoots.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams for smooth campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of influencer outreach, coordination, and content workflows.
Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience with video production, scripting, and content ideation.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in education or youth-centric brands is a plus.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media analytics.
