We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and help promote CGC's brand presence and engage prospective students through strategic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with CGC's branding and promotional goals, targeting prospective students and their networks.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building:
Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers across social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to promote CGC's programs, events, and campus life.
Content Collaboration:
Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that resonates with CGC's target audience, showcasing campus events, student life, achievements, and academic programs.
Campaign Management:
Oversee all stages of influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing to content review and final execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights on reach, engagement, and impact. Prepare detailed reports and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing within the education sector, identifying new opportunities for CGC's brand visibility.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing influencer budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, ideally within the education or youth marketing sector.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of student demographics.
Creative skills with an eye for detail in content development and brand storytelling.
