Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others.
Build and manage influencer databases and maintain long-term relationships.
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers or their representatives.
Coordinate campaign briefs, ensure influencers understand brand expectations, and track content delivery.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports.
Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and pop culture.
Collaborate with internal teams (social media, creative, content) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals.
Manage influencer gifting, product dispatches, and follow-ups.
