Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches, brand goals, and seasonal promotions
Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines with internal marketing teams
Prepare creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Handle influencer negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and payments in a timely manner
Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer talent
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and creator communities
Experience with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Bitly, affiliate platforms, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
