Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Sourcing: Identify and source suitable male and female influencers, content creators, and models across emerging platforms.

Creator Evaluation: Evaluate creators for brand fit based on audience relevance, engagement metrics, and content quality.

Trend Monitoring: Track digital trends and rising creators to keep the brand aligned with current social media movements.

Database Management: Maintain and update a well-structured influencer database with key creator details.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing Team for onboarding, communication, and timely execution of campaign deliverables.

Profile Shortlisting: Share shortlisted profiles and insights to support campaign planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

0 - 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing with a focus on influencer scouting and outreach.

Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including platforms, trends, and best practices.

Should have on-ground exposure or basic hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, or brand-building activities.

Must be eager to learn and grow into long-term roles within influencer marketing or performance marketing.

Should be comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, mass media or any other

related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
