Influencer Marketing / PR Executive

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Experience: 1-4 years

Responsibilities

?Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

?Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand collaborators aligned with campaign goals

?Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with influencers

?Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI

?Handle PR outreach including media pitching, brand collaborations, and partnerships

?Draft press releases, outreach mails, and brand communication content

?Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and industry stakeholders

?Coordinate with internal content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

?Manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously while meeting timelines

Requirements

?1-4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and PR (agency experience preferred)

?Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

?Clear understanding of influencer pricing, contracts, and performance metrics

?Experience with PR outreach, media pitching, or brand partnerships

?Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

?Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
