We are seeking a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer collaborations across YouTube and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in both barter and paid influencer marketing, and the ability to build long-term influencer relationships that drive brand visibility and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Sourcing & Onboarding:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new influencers across relevant categories and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Campaign Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with influencers for campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms for both barter and paid collaborations to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
Monthly Planning:
Create and manage a monthly influencer marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal trends.
