Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end -- from briefing to execution and performance tracking.
Coordinate product seeding and maintain influencer relationships.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and report insights.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated on beauty and skincare influencer trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and digital storytelling.
