Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign management across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Outreach:

Research and shortlist relevant influencers, content creators, and brand advocates across platforms Instagram & YouTube.

Evaluate influencer profiles for audience relevance, engagement rate, content quality, and authenticity.

Build and maintain a strong influencer database segmented by niche, reach, and location.

Identify, research, and onboard influencers relevant to the brand and target audience.

Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.

Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and talent agencies.

Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals, and posting schedules.

Track and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.).

Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.

Collaborate with the social media, design, and content teams for campaign integration.

Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.

Manage influencer budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

6 months-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube Facebook, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
