The Influencer Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers to maximize brand reach and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies to create successful influencer campaigns that align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Outreach: Source and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging influencer campaigns, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and influencer platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
