Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution
:
Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's goals.
Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate the logistics of influencer partnerships, including campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
Ensure content produced by influencers aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Influencer Relationship Management

Manage ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure continued collaboration and strong brand advocacy.
Negotiate partnership terms, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring smooth communication and expectations management.
Content Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with influencers to create authentic, creative, and high-quality content that resonates with their audiences.
Review and approve influencer content before posting to ensure it aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of content, monitoring influencer posts and engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, ROI, and key learnings.
Use data insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns for better results.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform algorithms, and the latest developments in influencer marketing.
Identify emerging influencers and potential collaboration opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify successful influencer strategies and campaign opportunities.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation

Help manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget.
Ensure timely processing of payments to influencers, keeping track of all financial agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
