Assist in researching and identifying relevant influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Support outreach efforts DMs, emails, and follow-ups with creators
Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns
Help maintain influencer databases and keep records up to date
Track content performance (views, likes, shares, comments) and prepare basic reports
Monitor industry trends, viral content, and new creator movements
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, client servicing, strategy) for campaign alignment
Assist in preparing mood boards, campaign decks, and briefs when required
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience (internships in influencer/digital marketing are a plus)
Strong interest in influencer culture and social media trends
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Good to Have:
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Knowledge of pop culture, Gen Z trends, and youth marketing
