Conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and build long-term relationships with creators.
Analyze influencer performance metrics to ensure quality, authenticity, and audience alignment.
Maintain and update a database of influencers, campaign details, and performance outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop effective influencer strategies.
Track and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, or social media management.
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and influencer trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and evaluate influencer performance metrics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) is a plus.
