What you will do:
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and others relevant to the brand.
Maintain strong working relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.
Build and manage a database of influencers with performance tracking.
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to final reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) to align campaign goals.
Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverables with influencers.
Ensure timely content creation, approvals, and publishing.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with influencers and agencies.
Act as the main point of contact between the brand and influencers.
Ensure smooth communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment and guideline adherence.
Coordinate revisions if required and ensure compliance with brand tone and messaging.
Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Prepare post-campaign reports and insights.
Analyze influencer performance and suggest optimizations for future campaigns.
Requirements
6-10 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
Prior experience working with influencers and influencer marketing agencies is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing KPIs and analytics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools.
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting.
Understanding of content trends and social media algorithms.
