Responsibilities
? Strategic Client Onboarding: Oversee the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring
a smooth transition and alignment of objectives.
? Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving
as the primary point of contact and understanding their evolving needs and
expectations.
? Campaign Strategizing and Execution: Lead the development of comprehensive
strategies for client campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless
execution and delivery of results.
? Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal
allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
? Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the
client servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
? Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze
results, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
? Client Advocacy and Retention: Act as a strong advocate for clients within the
organization, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to drive satisfaction and
retention.
? Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to
identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging existing client
relationships and industry insights.
? Internal Client Business Growth: Drive revenue growth from existing client accounts
through upselling and cross-selling influencer solutions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
