Job Description

1. Influencer Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across categories (macro, micro, nano, and Barter).

Build innovative influencer-led content and campaign ideas for maximum reach and engagement.

2. Influencer Relationship Management



Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.

Maintain long-term relationships with influencers, KOLs, agency & creators.

Leverage influencer communities for product launches, advocacy, and seasonal campaigns.

Campaign Execution



Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, dressing, background, execution, approvals, and timely delivery).

Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and compliance.

Drive collaborations across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

Performance Tracking & Optimization



Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Provide detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights.

Continuously optimize influencer selection and campaign strategies for better outcomes.

5.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with digital, social media, creative, and PR teams to amplify influencer campaigns.

Support content amplification through paid media and brand integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
