Role Description

Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.

Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, strategy) to develop campaign briefs.

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.

Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

Prepare reports and insights to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Stay updated on influencer trends, social media updates, and competitor campaigns.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize performance.

Creative thinker with knowledge of current digital trends.
