Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage fashion & lifestyle influencers relevant to the brand.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote new collections and seasonal launches.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
Collaborate with the social media, design, and content teams for campaign alignment.
Stay updated with current fashion trends and influencer marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Strong network of fashion influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Passion for women's fashion and understanding of social media trends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
