Role Summary
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-led campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and drive business results. You will act as the liaison between the company and influencers/content creators, ensuring campaigns meet quality, timeline, budget and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Identify Influencers:
Identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) whose audience matches Riddler Media's target demographics.
Outreach & Negotiation:
Reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, rates, content deliverables, timelines and contractual agreements.
Campaign Planning & Coordination:
Assist in campaign ideation (themes, content formats), brief influencers, coordinate content production, ensure alignment with brand guidelines.Review influencer content for creative fit, brand compliance (visual, messaging, legal/disclosure norms), ensure on-time delivery.Oversee campaign roll-out, track deliverables, monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.), troubleshoot issues.Collect data, prepare performance reports, derive insights, suggest optimizations for current and future campaigns.Maintain good relationships with influencers, agencies and partners; ensure satisfaction and explore long-term collaboration.Monitor platform updates, emerging creators, influencer marketing best practices, competitor campaigns; suggest innovative ideas.Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years (or as suited) of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or similar roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystem, content types.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation skills and ability to work with budgets.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Basic data analytics skills: comfortable working with metrics, reporting tools; ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative mindset -- able to contribute ideas for campaigns, content, partnerships.
Good interpersonal skills -- building and managing relationships with influencers, internal teams, agencies.
Preferred / Plus
Experience in agency or media company handling multiple brands.
Knowledge of influencer marketing tools/platforms (for discovery, performance tracking, contract management).
Experience with paid influencer campaigns, or hybrid (paid + barter) models.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory norms around influencer content/disclosures in India.
Multilingual skills or strong local influencer network in relevant markets.

Number of influencer collaborations per period
Engagement metrics: reach, likes, comments, shares, etc.
Content quality / adherence to briefs & timelines
ROI: Cost per engagement, Cost per acquisition etc.
Growth in brand awareness / followers / other growth goals
Influencer retention / satisfaction
