Responsibilities

Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with our brand values Plan and execute influencer campaigns with clear goals and timelines Coordinate briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) Stay updated on influencer trends, viral formats, and platform changes Collaborate with the content and design team for seamless execution

Influencer Outreach & Negotiation Campaign Planning & Execution Trend Spotting Brief Writing & Content Coordination Strong Communication & Relationship Building Basic Knowledge of Canva, Excel, and Google Sheets Bonus: Experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
