Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and Recruit Influencers:

Research, source, and onboard influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand values and audience.

Campaign Management:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.

Content Coordination:

Ensure timely delivery and approval of influencer content that meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Negotiation & Contracts:

Support negotiation of deliverables, timelines, and compensation in collaboration with legal or procurement teams.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, or influencer software.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Collaboration:

Work closely with brand, PR, social media, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
