Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Manage influencer relationships and act as the main point of contact for campaigns
Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on creative and timelines
Track campaign performance using tools/trackers and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with industry trends, influencer news, and emerging content formats
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Creative mindset and eye for content trends
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms is a plus
