Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead influencer marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries.

? Develop influencer strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.

? Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

? Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.

? Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets to ensure value for clients.

? Oversee the end-to-end campaign process - briefing, content approvals, tracking, and reporting.

? Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, social, PR) to ensure integrated campaigns.

? Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights and optimizations to clients.

? Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative influencer marketing practices.

Requirements:

? 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing.

? Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns across categories.

? Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers.

? Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

? Ability to think strategically while handling multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

? Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and social analytics.

? Creative eye for content and ability to match influencers authentically with brand identities.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
