About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team at Hallstatt Life, a contemporary men's fashion brand. If you live and breathe Instagram, love discovering creators, and know what clicks with Gen Z & Millennials -- this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Identify and onboard relevant fashion, lifestyle & content creators that align with our brand vibe.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns -- from outreach to coordination, execution, and performance tracking.
Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers.
Work closely with the content and design teams to brief and finalize deliverables.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
Track performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and create campaign reports.
Keep an eye on trends, formats, and rising creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
Strong knowledge of Instagram and current creator trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
A good eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
