Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers across platforms such as

Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Plan and execute

influencer marketing campaigns

to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with influencers, creators, and marketing agencies. Track, measure, and analyze

campaign performance metrics

to ensure strong ROI. Prepare performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement. Stay up to date with

digital marketing trends

, influencer strategies, and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria



Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

1-4 years of experience

in influencer marketing or digital marketing. Strong

communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

. Creative and well-versed in

social media platforms and content trends

. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

Required Qualification



Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)

or equivalent degree.
