Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and performance goals
Manage affiliate marketing programs and track influencer performance
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with internal marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Influencer Marketing
Prior experience in
Affiliate Marketing
is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
