We, Pro to grow, a leading baby food and nutritional product brand, are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage influencer collaborations, social media branding, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Identify and connect with potential influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

2. Develop influencer outreach strategies aligned with marketing goals.

3. Negotiate collaborations and manage influencer agreements.

4. Coordinate product shipments, content timelines, and campaign deliverables.

5. Track influencer performance metrics and prepare reports.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

7. Support brand campaigns through innovative social media and influencer strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.

5. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.

6. Female candidates with passion for digital marketing are highly preferred
