We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager to lead collaborations with influencers across beauty, lifestyle, and wellness categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building influencer relationships, executing campaigns, and driving measurable ROI through authentic brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, performance marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging.
Stay updated on influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
Build long-term relationships with key influencers to strengthen brand advocacy.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships.
Strong network of influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness niches preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
Creative eye for content and understanding of social media trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
