We are seeking a driven Influencer Marketing professional to lead collaborations with content creators, bloggers, and key opinion leaders in the beauty, wellness, and healthcare space. You will be responsible for building authentic partnerships, managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring measurable ROI that strengthens our brand presence across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, sales).
Identify new influencer opportunities across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
Build and maintain a structured influencer database segmented by category, audience, and region.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building
Shortlist and negotiate with influencers (micro, macro, and nano creators) based on relevance and ROI.
Draft outreach messages, campaign briefs, and collaboration agreements.
Foster long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers and their managers.
Campaign Execution
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: brief sharing, content approvals, posting schedules, and live monitoring.
Ensure brand guidelines, messaging tone, and compliance standards are followed.
Track influencer deliverables and ensure timely posting.
Performance & Analytics
Track campaign metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI).
Analyze results to optimize future influencer partnerships.
Share regular reports with actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with social media, performance marketing, and PR teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger brand initiatives.
Support e-commerce and retail campaigns with influencer-driven amplification.

Pay: ₹20,425.28 - ₹30,451.72 per month
