Role Summary
Own day-to-day campaign execution while
leading interns/junior executives
. From scouting and negotiations to go-live checks and reporting, you'll run tight processes, keep stakeholders aligned, and raise the quality bar, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership:
Turn briefs into creator shortlists, outreach plans, deliverable calendars, and go-live timelines.
Creator Scouting & Vetting:
Build high-signal lists (hashtags/keywords, competitor analysis, geo/language); vet authenticity, audience fit, brand safety, and past collabs.
Negotiation & Coordination:
Lock deliverables, usage terms, timelines, and payouts; manage revisions and approvals.
Content QA & Compliance:
Ensure caption/hashtag accuracy, disclosure labels, and asset quality before posting.
Go-Live & Reporting:
Track links/screenshots, UTM/LIB/coupons; prepare performance reports with insights and next steps.
Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and manage interns/juniors
on scouting frameworks, outreach hygiene, trackers, and QA checklists.
Process & Documentation:
Maintain clean trackers (Sheets/Docs) and SOPs; drive weekly stand-ups and post-mortems.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate clearly with founders, clients (as needed), creators/agents, and internal teams (creative, finance/ops).
Risk & Escalations:
Proactively flag delays, creator drop-offs, and compliance risks with mitigation plans.
Must-Have Skills
1+ year agency experience
in Influencer Marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
Team player with leadership ability;
comfortable delegating, reviewing, and coaching juniors.
Strong platform fluency across
Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter);
formats, hooks, best practices, analytics basics.
Excellent
written & verbal communication
; crisp notes, emails, and client-facing updates.
Solid
negotiation
, prioritization, and follow-through under deadlines.
Proficiency with
Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
for pipelines, calendars, and reports.
Nice to Have
Experience with finance/ops handoffs (POs, invoices, payouts, basic compliance).
Familiarity with creator audit tools (e.g., Social Blade / Modash / HypeAuditor or equivalents).
Basic Canva/deck skills for briefs and wrap reports.
