Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard influencers aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
Apply

to discover unconventional, high?potential creators across emerging platforms and niche communities.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
Monitor influencer content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign goals.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
Maintain long-term relationships with influencers and foster trust and collaboration.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective influencer collaborations.
Coordinate with creative and social media teams to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns.
Ensure timely deliverables and accountability in all influencer-related actions and outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
Demonstrated ability in

spotting, engaging, and scaling relationships with emerging creators.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
