Role Summary
Own end-to-end influencer campaigns--onboarding creators, executing campaigns, managing brands, and delivering ROI. You'll also guide junior team members and ensure smooth execution across multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard influencers via networks, outreach, platforms & agencies
Build and manage high-quality creator pools (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
Execute campaigns end-to-end: briefs, approvals, posting & reporting
Act as main POC for brands and creators
Track performance, share insights, and optimise for ROI
Negotiate commercials, manage contracts & payouts
Guide and review junior team members
Requirements
2-4 years in influencer marketing / creator operations
Proven experience managing ROI-driven campaigns independently
Experience mentoring junior team members
Strong platform, content & performance understanding
Excellent coordination, negotiation & execution skills
