Associate Manager Influencer Marketing will be a part of the existing Influencer Marketing Business Unit at The Media Ant. The role provides extensive experience in social media management, digital strategy, content creation, and building successful influencer campaigns. You'll collaborate with brands and assist in developing and executing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. You'll also get to work on our AI powered Influencer Marketing Planner Tools The right person for this role should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in handling Influencer Marketing Campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ShareChat etc.

Day-to-Day Work:
Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies across various platforms e.g. Instagram,YouTube, LinkedIn, ShareChat etc.
Ideate and create content (static, video, etc.) for campaign briefs shared by our clients
Coordinate with the Account Management team and attend client meetings
Shortlisting and selection of influencers based on Data i.e. Reach, Views, Engagement metrics etc.
Design, schedule, and manage social media campaigns
Work closely with influencers and collaborators, negotiating deliverables and timelines
Share inputs on our AI powered Influencer marketing tool by benchmarking with others
Work on Canva, Figma and other creative collaboration tools + Google Workspace
Ensure Listings of Influencers on The Media Ant website are up-to-date
Attend Client meetings along with Account Managers to discuss campaign briefs
Must-Have:
Experience in content creation and campaign execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns for 1.5-2+ years
Proficiency in any of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Sharechat or other social media platforms
Experience of campaign types across Podcasts, Brand Collaboration, Celebrity, Product Launch or Reviews, Store Visit, Affiliate etc.
Ability to conduct market research and derive insights on various viral social media campaigns that are trending at the moment
Problem-solving mindset with an interest in creative and out-of-box ideation
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and team collaboration skills
Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, MS Office and similar tools
Negotiation skills and time management
Good to have:
Agency relationships with Social Media collaboration agencies, Macro & Micro influencer agencies
Knowledge of ChatGpt, Perplexity AI or any similar AI tools for influencer marketing e.g. IMAI, Kofluence, Hyp.io, OneDimension, Confluencr and any others
