Education & Experience

Applicants should preferably be a candidate with Bachelor's degree in Nursing, M.Sc. Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and presenting findings to committees or leadership.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to interpret complex clinical, microbiological and operational datasets. Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Excel, and preferably experience with hospital information systems. Excellent communication skills in English -- both written and verbal -- including the ability to present to nontechnical and technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments (Clinical Haematology, Microbiology, Quality, Antimicrobial Stewardship) and build relationships. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data handling. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced healthcare environment. Knowledge or willingness to learn infection surveillance methodology, definitions (HAIs, MDROs), antimicrobial resistance concepts, and quality improvement tools. Familiarity with healthcare accreditation/regulatory standards related to infection prevention and control is an advantage.
We are offering a competitive salary package of Rs. 25,000/= to Rs. 30,000/= as per CMC scale (based on candidate competencies and experience) and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
