Job Role:

Ensure hospital-wide infection prevention and control through monitoring, training, audits, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor & investigate hospital-acquired infections (VAP, CAUTI, CLABSI, SSI, etc.) Conduct rounds, audits & maintain infection control records Train and counsel staff on infection prevention practices Ensure sterilization, biomedical waste management & cleanliness standards Organize infection control committee meetings & prepare reports Support vaccination programs & employee health initiatives Collaborate with HR, nursing & medical teams to enforce infection control policies

Requirements:

Nursing qualification (B.Sc/Diploma in Nursing) or equivalent healthcare degree Certification/training in Infection Control preferred Experience in infection prevention & hospital audits Strong knowledge of sterilization, waste management & infection surveillance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
