Job Description

• Assist Medical Superintendent/Directors of the hospital in following areas.
• Overall supervision of the working of the hospital.
• Coordinating the activities relating to the quality assurance programme in the hospital and NABH accreditation process.
• Assessing and establishing quality management, lab quality, imaging quality, record maintenance, infection control, disaster management, hospital infection control, ambulance services and fire safety.
• Disciplinary grievance handling, patient handling relating issues, biomedical waste management, radiation safety.
• Planning Development and Budget monitoring of the hospital.
• Interaction and assigning duties to immediate subordinate officer and Head of clinical Department so as to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital.
• To institute an effective grievance redressal system both for the employees and the patients.
• To discharge legal responsibilities, if any, as Head of the Institution under various Acts and Court order.
• Up keep of infrastructure, equipment, legal documents.
• Organization of mock drills (fire code, blue red alerts & emergency preparedness & manage etc.)
• Coordinating the internal quality audit issues.
• Procurement of drugs, consumables and equipment and stationery.
• Hospital management information systems.
• Preparation of various reports.
• Upkeep of sanitation of hospital and landscaping.
• Commercial activities (contracting out of sanitation, security, shop, PCOs and other contracts).
• Maintenance of provision of round the clock services in the hospital premises.
• To report to the higher authorities about surplus/ shortage of staff.
• Any other duties assigned by the MS/Directors.

Work Experience: -Min 5 yrs as ICN Qualification : -GNM/B.Sc/M.Sc/Diploma in HIC Salary: -22000/- to 28000/- Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 922,000.00 - 928,000.00 per month Benefits:
