Job Description

Assist in identifying and connecting with potential employers across sectors.



Support the organization of job fairs, placement drives, and employer visits.



Maintain and update employer databases and placement records.



Coordinate with training teams to match trainee skills with employer requirements.



Assist in preparing trainees for placement through resume support and mock interviews.



Follow up with placed candidates and employers to track job retention and satisfaction.



Prepare basic placement reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.



Support employer engagement activities such as MoU signings, industry talks, and exposure visits.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
