Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to ensure successful solution design and delivery, facilitating discussions, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams towards effective outcomes and ensuring that the solutions meet the clients' needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
