Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to CSV. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies in validation processes. - Ability to develop and execute validation protocols and documentation. - Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for validation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
