Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in various areas, ensuring successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day will involve engaging with stakeholders, analyzing project requirements, and offering insights that drive project success. You will facilitate discussions, share best practices, and guide teams in implementing effective strategies to meet client needs, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture. - Experience with web services and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
